•What size units do you offer?
We have units sized to fit everyone’s needs. We have storage lockers from 3’x3’ up to full size 13’x13’ units. Our downstairs units have a height restriction of 8’ while our upstairs units go up to 10’ tall. Sizes are subject to availability.
•Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes. You are required to bring in your own lock. We currently do not have locks available for purchase.
•Can I drive up to my unit?
No. All of our units are indoors. We have complimentary carts and dollies available for use.
•Can I store my car/boat/motorcycle or RV?
No. We do not offer vehicle storage of any kind.
•Do you offer month-to-month rentals?
Yes. All of our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. There is a minimum of a one-month stay required.
•How much notice is required to move out?
We require a 10 day notice to vacate. Anything less is subject to a pro-rated charge.
•When can I access my unit?
You may access your unit anytime during our normal business ours. Monday-Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm and Sundays 11:00am-5:00pm. Please note that the storage gate closes 15 minutes prior to the office closing time. We are closed on Major Holidays.
•Can my spouse, kids, or friends access my unit?
Yes, at the time of rental you may specify anyone you would like to have access to your unit.
•Do you offer insurance on my stored goods?
No. Insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. Many insurance policies have coverage for storage included in them already.
•What is required to rent a unit?
A valid government issued form of identification is required. (Drivers license, state ID, or passport), as well as an email and alternate contact. We require these items to protect your rental contents.
•Do you have an elevator for your upstairs units?
Yes, we have a fully serviced and maintained freight elevator for upstairs access.
•Do you have any security measures in place?
Yes, we maintain the use of over thirty security cameras throughout the facility and take security very seriously. Additionally, there is always someone on-site to help new and current customers.
